Susanna Peredo Swap talks about the ENVZN 23 Urban Art Takeover, happening Sept. 2 in Logan Heights. The festival will transform two city blocks into a showcase for film, theater, dance, visual arts and music, featuring more than 50 artists and 12 art organizations from both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. Next year, ENVZN will be part of the World Design Capital 2024 San Diego-Tijuana celebration.
